Ed's Scale Models

Tamiya's 1/35 scale King Tiger is a very good kit. Fit and detail are excellent . It does not come with all the detail a DML kit brings in photo etched parts, but it is easy to build and looks pretty good once it is finished. I added a metal barrel, Tamiya's photo-etched screens and Fruil Model tracks. The colours used were Model Master paint by Testor's: Dunkelgelb, Olivegrun and Signalbraun. These were very easy to work with and the finish is wonderful. I really enjoyed building this kit.
